Who We Are
Yesam Remodeling is a referral service. We help homeowners in the Whittier area who are planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel. We connect them with independent local providers.
We do not do the remodeling. The providers do. They run their own businesses and make their own decisions about jobs.
Why We Exist

We wanted to make that first step simpler. Our focus is on doing the job right, so your home stays sound. A well-built bathroom or kitchen can help protect resale value for years.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about your project. It might be a tub to shower conversion, a walk-in shower, or a full kitchen update. Then we connect you with a provider in our network that handles that kind of work in your area.

What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and honest with homeowners. That means:
- Giving a written quote that lists the work
- Explaining what drives the price
- Following local permit and code rules
- Treating your home with care
Each provider is responsible for their own licensing and insurance. Ask to see proof before work starts.
What We Do Not Do
We do not perform the work. We do not set provider prices. We do not promise a certain result or a certain price.
We also do not handle small jobs. Our network focuses on larger projects, such as bath conversions and full remodels. Mobile homes are not part of our network.
Know the Price
Costs vary a lot. As a rough guide in the U.S., a bathroom remodel often runs from about $10,000 to $30,000 or more. A kitchen remodel often runs from about $15,000 to $60,000 or more. Luxury bath upgrades and custom work can go higher.
Materials, layout changes, plumbing and the age of the home all matter. Always get a written quote before you agree to anything.
How We Are Paid
We are honest about this. Providers in our network may pay Yesam Remodeling for referrals. You do not pay us to be connected. The price of your project is set between you and the provider.
