We Refer, We Do Not Remodel

Yesam Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Money Reaches Us

Providers or marketing partners may pay Yesam Remodeling for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Yesam Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Yesam Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, prices and payment terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it speaks with you and behaves

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of it, and it is not a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach can depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.
