Disclaimer: What Yesam Remodeling Does and Does Not Do

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before using yesam.lat. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Yesam Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, tear out, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Yesam Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Introducing you to a provider does not mean we endorse it. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to take your job in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, and what suits one project may not suit yours. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, your location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work starts.

Loans and Payments

Yesam Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not take payment for remodeling work. The provider you pick sets the payment terms. Read each contract closely before you sign it.

Safety First

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, and some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. If you are unsure about a material, do not cut, sand or remove it. If you think someone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Yesam Remodeling when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and current. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
