Terms of Use for Yesam Remodeling

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of yesam.lat and the referral help Yesam Remodeling offers through it. By browsing the site, contacting Yesam Remodeling by phone or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Yesam Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, build, install or repair anything. We are also not a party to any contract between you and a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one is fully responsible for its own quotes, prices, schedules, permits, workmanship, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also make no promise about a provider's availability, response time, schedule, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get an itemized written quote and contract.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone Yesam Remodeling or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@yesam.lat.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Yesam Remodeling or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Yesam Remodeling is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's work, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
